Terms of service

Last updated 19 August 2026

These terms cover what Valha provides, what you are responsible for, and what happens to the work you publish.

Your work stays yours

Publishing a page does not transfer ownership of it to Valha.

Nothing publishes itself

A page exists because you told an assistant what belonged in it.

Free without a card

Team is 15 euros per user per month billed annually. Enterprise is quoted.

Who you are contracting with

Valha is operated by Yellow Bear. Throughout these terms, that company is called Valha, and the person or organization using the service is called you.

Who hosts this site

The site and the application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Published pages and workspace data are stored by Convex in the European Union, in Ireland. The privacy policy lists every provider and what each one handles.

What the service does

Valha turns the work worth keeping from an AI session into published pages. You connect an assistant you already use, you tell it what belongs in the page, and Valha stores and serves the resulting page at a link you can share.

You can also keep a Blueprint: the repeatable part of a task, stored in your workspace so an assistant you have permitted can find it and load it later.

Valha is in active development. Features can change, and some capabilities described on the site are available only to accounts in a founder-led pilot.

Your account

You need an account to publish. Accounts are identified by an email address, which must be verified before the account is fully usable.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and if you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it to these terms.

Your content

You keep every right you already have in what you publish. Publishing a page does not transfer ownership of it to Valha.

You grant Valha the permission it needs to run the service: to store your content, to process it in order to build search and retrieval indexes, and to display it to the people and assistants you have given access to. That permission exists only to operate the service and ends when the content is deleted.

You decide what becomes a page. A page published under a public or unlisted link can be read by anyone holding that link, so treat that decision as a publication decision.

Our intellectual property

Valha, its interface, its software, its component palette, and its documentation belong to Yellow Bear and are protected by intellectual property law. Using the service gives you the right to use it, not the right to copy it, adapt it, resell it, or extract its components.

Your own content stays yours. That is stated above, and nothing in this section narrows it.

Taking it out, and closing the account

Your content is yours to remove as well as to publish. While your account is open, every page keeps a link you can share or archive, and any assistant you have authorized can fetch a page and the evidence under it through the connector, which is the same path Valha itself uses.

You can close your account yourself, from your account settings, without asking us and without waiting for us. Closing it deletes your content rather than hiding it.

If you want everything in one machine-readable file rather than page by page, write to contact@valha.link and we will send it within 30 days, which is the deadline the GDPR sets for a portability request. A one-click export is not in the product yet, so this route is manual on our side and free on yours.

What you may not do

You agree not to use Valha to:

  • ·publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share
  • ·publish personal data about other people without a lawful basis for doing so
  • ·attempt to break, bypass, or probe the isolation between workspaces, accounts, or sandboxed page sections
  • ·disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users, including through automated load that is not normal product use
  • ·resell or redistribute the service as your own

Assistants and connectors

Valha is reached by AI assistants through an OAuth-protected remote MCP endpoint. Authenticated tools send Valha only the requests, arguments, and private content you authorize them to read or change; the endpoint does not receive your whole assistant conversation.

You are responsible for what you publish through a connected assistant, exactly as you are for anything you publish yourself. You can disconnect an assistant at any time, and pages already published stay with your workspace.

The assistants themselves are third-party products, governed by their own terms. Valha does not control them and is not responsible for their behavior.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is available without a card. The Team plan is listed at 15 euro per user per month billed annually, or 19 euros per user per month billed monthly. Enterprise is quoted.

Paid plans are currently arranged directly with us rather than bought on the site. Where a paid plan is agreed, the commercial terms of that agreement apply alongside these terms, and prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Prices shown on this site are exclusive of tax. A consumer is shown the price including tax before any payment, and every invoice states the rate applied and the VAT number it is issued under.

Withdrawal, if you are a consumer

If you subscribe as a consumer rather than for the purposes of a business, French law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason and without penalty.

A digital service that starts immediately is the exception the law provides for. When you ask for the service to begin before those fourteen days have run, and you acknowledge that the right to withdraw ends once the service is fully performed, it ends there. Creating an account and publishing a page is that request.

The Free plan costs nothing, so withdrawal has nothing to reimburse. On a paid plan, write to contact@valha.link within fourteen days and we refund what has not been used.

Availability

Valha is provided as it is. There is no uptime commitment today, and maintenance, changes, and occasional interruptions are expected while the product is being built.

We can change or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell affected accounts before it takes effect.

Force majeure

Neither of us answers for a failure caused by an event outside its control that could not reasonably be anticipated or prevented, such as an outage at a provider, a cyberattack, or an order from a public authority. We tell you as soon as we can, and the obligations resume when the event ends.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Valha at any time and ask us to delete your account.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to act on. Where circumstances allow, we will explain why first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Valha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss of data that you could have avoided by keeping your own copy of published content.

Where you use Valha for the purposes of a business, our liability for direct loss is capped at the amounts you paid us over the twelve months before the event that caused it. This paragraph does not apply to a consumer, whose statutory rights remain whole.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes by email.

Complaints and mediation

Write to contact@valha.link first. Most disputes are settled there, and we answer within 48 hours.

If you are a consumer and our answer does not settle it, French law lets you refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator. The competent mediator is named here as soon as one is designated, and you keep the right to bring the matter before a court in any case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Montpellier, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you benefit from where you live.
